Firing an impressive round of 66 in blustery British Open-like conditions, Hazelmere Professional Phil Jonas wiped out the field of 27 VGT Professionals by en route to his 2nd Hadassah Pro-am in as many years and his 2nd win of the 2010 VGT season. Jonas ousted Cleveland/Srixon Order of Merit Leader Bryn Parry by 4 shots and claimed a $2,000 winner’s cheque and 1,500 points towards the 2010 Order of Merit Race. Parry’s second place score of 70 earned him $1,400 and 1,100 points, keeping his lead in the Cleveland/Srixon Order of Merit with 9,833 points, some 2,000 points ahead of 2nd place Jonas.
